Editorial policy
This page sets out how material on Keep It Legendary is produced, checked and corrected.
Sourcing
Numbers, dates, prices, specifications and quotations are taken from a primary source — a manufacturer specification, a published measurement, a court or regulator document, a tournament rulebook, or an on-the-record interview. The source is named in the article. If a claim cannot be sourced, it is not published, and the gap is stated.
Independence
No one pays for what the desk chooses to explain or for what an explainer concludes. The site does carry paid material — placements among the archived links and commissioned pieces in Dispatch — and the section on payment below says where it sits and what it may not touch.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected on the page, and the correction is noted at the foot of the article with its date. Articles whose subject has changed materially are updated rather than silently reworded; the modification date is published in the page metadata.
Authorship
Articles are published under the name of the desk rather than an individual byline. Responsibility for the content rests with the editor; the contact address is on the contacts page.
Archived material
The archived casino pages are reproduced as they were published between 2020 and 2021. They are not maintained, their figures are not rechecked, and they carry no offers.
Who pays for the site
Reading Keep It Legendary costs nothing: you will meet neither a subscription nor a paywall, and no advertising network sits behind the pages. The site is kept running by its publisher, Dunevista Studios FZCO, and by two kinds of paid material. Both are described here so that a reader can tell them apart from the desk’s own work.
Paid placements in the archive
Some outbound links on pages in the gambling archive are placed for payment. The archived text around them is the text published in 2020 and 2021; it was not rewritten to suit anyone, and the offer cards, ratings and sign-up buttons that once surrounded it have been removed. A paid link in an archived page does not invite anyone to gamble, and it is not a claim that an old offer is still available.
Commissioned pieces in Dispatch
Dispatch is the section where shorter pieces are published, and a piece there may be commissioned and paid for by a third party. Commissioned pieces do not appear in Games, Hardware, Esports, Retro or Screen, and they are not written by the desk under its own explainer rules.
What payment does not touch
- which questions the desk chooses to explain, and what its explainers conclude;
- the sources an article relies on, and the way a correction is made;
- the order of articles on the front page and in the section hubs;
- the archive record itself, which stays as it was published.
There are no shop affiliate links in the desk’s articles: a hardware piece that names a graphics card does not earn anything if you buy one. Gambling material on the site is for adults only, 18 or over in Great Britain, and the National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133.
Questions about a placement
If you think a paid link or a commissioned piece is misleading, or that it sits where it should not, send a link to it to [email protected]. The publisher, Dunevista Studios FZCO, Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus (Dtec), Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, answers for every placement on the site.
